Aside from my PhD, I am what one could call a coffee geek, continuously trying out new beans and playing with the many variables that impact coffe flavour.
My current setup is :
I usually get my beans from Kawa coffee, Deep coffee or any local roasters if I am traveling.
Current water setup is the Rao/Perger recipe and Rao/Perger for espresso recipe provided by Jonathan Gagné, coupled with a Zero Water pitcher

While I certainly lack the artistic talent and vision, I enjoy going out trying to find enjoyable sceneries and pictures to take. Most of my pictures are a mix of street photography, architectural and portraits style photos.
